License to Carry Information
We process License to Carry Applications M-F 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Please bring a valid photo ID and the form below. If you are renewing or have an out of state License to Carry, please bring your current LTC. Fee is $20.00 and payable by cash or check.
We do not process LTC on court days.

The terms of Sheriff's Sales are: cash; payable at the time the said premises are struck down to the highest bidder by the undersigned. Other means of payment acceptable to the execution plaintiff will be considered in lieu of cash, e.g., letter of credit or commitment letter from a bank, certified or guaranteed funds, etc.. The successful bid will include all Court Costs, which include Sheriff, Prothonotary and Recorder of Deed fees any outstanding municipal liens, all transfer taxes, all local real estate taxes assessed and levied against said premises and remaining unpaid as of the date of the sale.
